Winter Spices & Mandarin cups

Ingredients for 4 cups:
2 bars Lovechock Winter Spices & Mandarin
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon golden milk powder mix
1 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar
1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable butter
A pinch of salt

Additional attributes:
A muffin shape
4 cupcake baking paper moulds
Edible gold

Instructions

Step 1: Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
Step 2: Pour half of the chocolate into the cupcake moulds and let it harden in the fridge.
Step 3: Meanwhile, make the filling by mixing the almond flour, golden milk powder, coconut blossom sugar and coconut oil (or vegetable butter) into a paste.
Step 4: Once the chocolate base has hardened, divide the golden paste over the 4 moulds.
Step 5: Pour the remaining chocolate over the moulds, sprinkle with a little salt, and leave to harden again in the fridge.
Step 6: Decorate with edible gold
