Sweet Potato Boat
Ingredients for 2:
a big sweet potato (cut into halves)
Golden White Hazelnut Acerola Bar
toppings of choice!
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Bake the sweet potato until tender, or until a fork inserted in the thickest part has no resistance, 40 to 50 minutes.
Enjoy it with bananas, hazelnuts, goji berries, puffed quinoa, and the love chock hazelnut acerola bar, of course!
As an extra: add jam, nutbutter or melted chocolate on top.
