Coconut & oat cookies

INGREDIENTS
100 g peanut butter
2 tbsp date/agave syrup
75 g oats
75 g grated coconut
1 tablet Lovechock Dream
Pinch of salt

THE MAGIC
Mix the peanut butter, syrup, oats and coconut until a crumbly dough forms.

Line a baking tray with parchement paper and press the peanut-oat layer into the bottom.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and spread it on top of the peanut-oat layer.

Sprinkle it with a pinch of salt.

Place it in the fridge for at least 1,5 hours to harden.

Cut it into 6 bars and enjoy!
