No bake fig & pecan bars from @howtofeedlouise

INGREDIENTS
300 g medjool dates
550 g dried figs
300 g pecans
200 g tahin
100 g shredded coconut
100 g oats
2 tsp sea salt
1 tablet Lovechock 99%


Topping
Bee pollen
Cacao nibs
1 tbsp sea salt

THE MAGIC
For the base of the bars you mix the following ingredients in a blender ; 100 g medjool dates, 450 g dried figs, 300 g pecans, 200 g tahin, 100 g shredded coconut, 100 g oats, 2 tsp sea salt.

Melt the Lovechock 99% on low temperature and poor it over the base.

Top your bars off with some slices of fresh figs, bee pollen, cacao nibs and sea salt.
