
Easter sweet treat
INGREDIENTS
100 g coconut flakes
1 Lovechock tablet 93%
Little easter eggs
THE MAGIC
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Make sure you don't bring the heat higher than 50 degrees, to prevent it form curdling.
Mix in the coconut flakes.
Shape +/- 6 bird nests with the chocolate covered flakes, on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper.
Let it harden in the fridge/freezer and serve it with the easter eggs on top.
