Dessert Cream
For the first layer spoon 2-3 tbsp stewed fruit or jam in a jar.
Ingredients for the cream:
1,5-2 (very) ripe frozen bananas
100g cashews
70-80ml water
35g melted Golden White tablet (waterbath)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Give everything to a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
After your taste test, you probably like to add one medjool date for more sweetness.
Transfer the creamy mixture to the glass jar and dust it with cacao powder. Eat it right away or put it in the fridge for half an hour.
You can also use unfrozen bananas and put everything in the fridge for about two hours.
