
A coconut dream
INGREDIENTS
125 g shredded coconut
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
125 g coconut cream
2 tablets of Lovechock Spirit
THE MAGIC
Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate) into a bowl and mix. The coconut mixture should stick together when you press it in your hands. If not, you can add a little bit more coconut cream.
Line a square baking tin with parchment paper, place the coconut mixture inside and press it down. Freeze it for 20-30 minutes.
Once firm, take it out of the tin and use a hot knife to cut it into bars (+/- 8).
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
Cover every bar with chocolate and place them back into the fridge/freezer to let it firm.
