Chocolicious Pear Pops
Ingredients for about 6 pops:
two (small) pears
one tablet Golden White
dried fruits like cranberries and apricots
wooden popsicle sticks
For these beauties cut the pears into 1/2 inch (or 1 centimeter) slices and remove any pear seeds from it. Use a sharp knife to make a small slit into the bottom of each slice and insert the popsicles.
Slowly melt the chocolate (waterbath) and dip the pear slices into it. Gently place the pear pops on a baking sheet and sprinkle it with dried fruits. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.
