Crispy lupine bites

INGREDIENTS
250 g cooked lupin beans
Your favourite Lovechock tablet
1 tbsp oil

THE MAGIC
Preheat your oven to 200 C/400 F.

Dry the lupinebeans with a towel.

Coat the beans with the oil and bake it for 30-40 minutes, rotating it every 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
Add the cooled and crispy beans to the melted chocolate and mix until fully coated.

Use a spoon to scoop clusters on a parchement-lined tray and place it in the freezer/fridge to harden.
