Chocolatey heartshaped cookies

INGREDIENTS
150 g almond flour
3 tbsp agave/maple syrup
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 Lovechock Passion tablet or/and Lovechock Bliss

THE MAGIC
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients until a dough forms.

Flatten the dough and press out heart shaped cookies.

Lay the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper and bake them for +/- 15 minutes. In the meantime, melt Lovechock Passion bar au bain-marie.

Once the cookies are cooled down, dip them half in the chocolate and optionally decorate it with chia seeds, sesame seeds or almond shavings. Let them harden again on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper.
